They are optional extras in this service description. Request them before booking and review the additional charges.
Will a move-out clean guarantee my deposit back?
No. Deposit decisions depend on your lease, property condition and landlord's requirements. We complete the agreed cleaning scope without guaranteeing a deposit refund.
When should I schedule the cleaning?
For move-out cleaning, schedule after belongings are removed and before the final handover. For move-in cleaning, schedule before furniture arrives. Allow time for any specific requirements.
