Post-construction cleaning in Miami

The clean that turns a finished job site back into a home. Construction dust settles into every surface for days after the work stops, so this is a slower, heavier clean than any other we do.

Best for renovations, new builds and any work that left dust behind.

Starts at $310 for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Your final price depends on your home and the extras you choose, and you see it before you confirm.

Questions about post-construction cleaning

When should post-construction cleaning be done?

After the trades have finished and the large waste has been taken away. If people are still working in the home, the dust comes back the same day and the clean is wasted.

Do you take away construction waste?

No. We bag the dust, offcuts and packaging a clean produces, but rubble, old fittings and anything needing a skip is the contractor's job.

Will one visit be enough?

Usually, but fine dust keeps falling out of the air for a day or two after a big job. On heavy renovations a shorter second visit a few days later is what makes the difference.
